Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior AI Solutions & Automation Architect to spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable automation systems and product infrastructure. This pivotal role bridges automation engineering, product development, and client communication, making it perfect for an individual who excels at both creating sophisticated systems and articulating them to non-technical audiences.
You will be responsible for developing workflows, integrating platforms, and ensuring that all systems are scalable, reliable, and thoroughly documented.
Key Responsibilities
- Product & Documentation
- Evaluate, optimize, and enhance existing client-facing automation systems.
- Create advanced automation workflows utilizing tools such as GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Develop and uphold clear technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guides, and an internal knowledge base.
- Integrate various tools and platforms through APIs and webhooks.
- Client Solutions
- Design comprehensive AI and automation systems customized to meet client business objectives.
- Construct workflows for lead generation, nurturing, content creation, and sales pipelines.
- Architect integrations across CRM systems, email platforms, calendars, payment gateways, and project management software.
- Monitor and troubleshoot live systems to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Communication & Support
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Guide clients and internal teams on best practices for implementation.
- Craft structured outlines for technical content such as videos, documentation, and articles.
- Provide ongoing technical support across systems and workflows.
- Internal Infrastructure
- Manage and scale internal automation systems for onboarding, operations, and data management.
- Develop and maintain CRM systems, primarily using GoHighLevel.
- Ensure that all systems are efficient, reliable, and scalable.
