Position Summary
Credence is actively seeking a Senior AI Technical Lead to join our expanding AI and Automation practice. In this strategic role, you will be at the forefront of designing and leading innovative AI solutions that create tangible impacts across federal programs. You will guide cross-functional teams, influence technical strategy, and mentor engineers in a dynamic, mission-oriented setting. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with an extensive background in AI/ML development, cloud platforms, and enterprise-scale systems design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the design, development, and deployment of robust AI and ML models and systems.
- Transform business requirements into effective technical solutions for various federal missions.
- Oversee the complete AI/ML development lifecycle, including architecture design, experimentation, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity) to seamlessly integrate AI into production environments.
- Provide technical mentorship and conduct thorough code/design reviews for junior and mid-level engineers.
- Investigate and assess emerging AI/ML tools, technologies, and frameworks to foster innovation.
- Ensure all solutions align with federal security, compliance, and cloud architecture standards.
