We are in search of a seasoned AI Technology Partner with over 18 years of experience to spearhead enterprise-level AI and data transformation projects. This pivotal role combines profound technical acumen with strategic business leadership, aimed at fostering innovation, developing scalable AI ecosystems, and delivering quantifiable business outcomes across client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, shaping AI strategy, roadmaps, and transformation initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
- Oversee the complete delivery of AI/ML solutions, encompassing data exploration, modeling, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing enhancements.
- Design and execute scalable data platforms (lakehouse, data mesh) and AI ecosystems using cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Champion advanced analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI use cases, including natural language processing, forecasting, optimization, and recommendation systems.
- Establish and expand MLOps practices, incorporating CI/CD pipelines, model governance, observability, and lifecycle management.
- Convert intricate business requirements into technical specifications, such as data models, transformation logic, and STTM.
- Lead large, interdisciplinary teams across data engineering, data science, and analytics disciplines.
- Promote responsible AI practices, ensuring model explainability, fairness, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify new business prospects, engage in pre-sales activities, solution development, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Mentor senior talent and cultivate high-performing AI and data teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in AI, data science, analytics, or data engineering, with a substantial background in consulting/services.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale AI and data transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning, statistical modeling, optimization, and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong programming capabilities in Python and SQL, along with experience in distributed data processing (e.g., Spark).
- Extensive familiarity with contemporary data platforms and tools (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt).
