Primary Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Analytical Chemist to join our dynamic team. This role involves executing QAQC activities utilizing various analytical techniques while adhering to SOPs and health & safety standards. Key responsibilities include:
· Develop and validate analytical methods for laboratory analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products using advanced analytical instruments such as NMR, GC, MS, HPLC, UV, IR, TGA, and DSC.
· Troubleshoot and maintain various instrumentation to ensure optimal operation.
· Conduct and document all analytical test procedures, deviations, and findings in strict compliance with established SOPs.
· Report analytical results and deviations, suggesting appropriate improvements to procedures.
· Present data accurately and clearly in both written and verbal formats.
· Mentor and supervise junior analytical chemists, fostering their professional growth.
· Maintain a safe, organized laboratory environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and SOPs.
· Ensure adherence to environmental policies and actively contribute to minimizing environmental impacts associated with the role.
· Follow health and safety protocols, report hazards, and help maintain a safe workplace for all employees.
