Team Overview

You will become part of the Latam Growth team, where revenue is not merely generated but comprehensively understood. This team operates at the intersection of Growth, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data, facilitating informed decisions throughout the complete revenue lifecycle.

Your role will be pivotal in fortifying the fundamentals: how revenue is measured, attributed, and trusted. You will ensure that the data driving growth strategies is consistent, reliable, and well comprehended. The impact of your work will be regional, yet it will resonate globally. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders in Latam while working in tandem with central analytics teams in Europe, the US, and Brazil.

We seek an individual who is curious, organized, and adept at navigating competing priorities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Take ownership and enhance the single source of truth for growth and revenue data across the region.
  • Refine how attribution, funnels, and revenue-related models are defined, documented, and maintained.
  • Support the standardization of Revenue Operations processes, systems, and governance across teams.
  • Work closely with Growth, Sales, and Marketing to comprehend how data influences decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Enhance the stability and clarity of product funnels, aligning with both lifecycle and acquisition goals.
  • Integrate new products, features, and channels into scalable and resilient measurement frameworks.
  • Balance local market requirements with global standards while collaborating with various teams.
