Your Responsibilities
Become an integral member or lead a team of developers within project squads of varying sizes.
Create clean, composable, and maintainable code while developing top-tier products for our clients.
Implement automated tests to enhance the reliability of the products we develop.
Conduct code reviews with your team members to uphold quality standards.
Stay current with new technologies, languages, and techniques to meet evolving client needs.
Mentor junior developers through pair programming and knowledge-sharing during team rituals.

Required Qualifications
6+ years of professional Android development experience.
Proficiency in Kotlin is essential; experience with Flutter is a significant advantage.
Demonstrated ability to lead a project team effectively.
