JOB SUMMARY:
As the Senior Android Engineer, you will spearhead the development and maintenance of applications designed for a wide array of Android devices. Your core responsibility will be to develop Android applications and integrate them with back-end services. Working alongside fellow engineers and developers across various infrastructure layers, you will demonstrate a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, innovative design, and high-quality product creation.
Your primary tools will include Kotlin, Java, Coroutines, Room, RxJava, Jenkins, and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Jira.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Design user interfaces and integrate necessary assets.
Enhance app stability through robust unit testing, including edge cases and usability.
Identify and resolve user-reported bugs.
Implement business requirements and refine app features to ensure customer satisfaction.
Revamp applications to boost performance.
Take full ownership of functionality and scalability from inception to deployment.
Maintain high engineering standards and ensure consistency across codebases, infrastructure, and processes.
Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.
Work with external data sources and APIs.
Focus on bug fixing and application performance improvement.
Continuously assess, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Mentor junior engineers and provide training to the technical support team.
