Role Overview:
As a Senior Application Consultant, you will:
Lead high-impact projects, ensuring seamless and timely implementation for leading banks.
Engage directly with clients, managing the full delivery cycle of AdalFi’s solutions.
Collaborate within a dynamic team committed to innovating financial workflows and optimizing banking operations, customer experiences, and product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive implementation phases including pre-UAT, UAT, production deployments, and post-launch support.
Act as the main liaison for customers, managing their expectations and ensuring continuous professional communication.
Coordinate UAT sessions with banks, addressing issues and confirming readiness for production.
Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational challenges, escalating as needed.
Spot inefficiencies in workflows and propose enhancements to improve delivery.
Foster collaboration with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
Mentor junior team members, facilitating their professional growth and success.
