Qualifications
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and building engineering. Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Proficient in architectural and engineering software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in managing project teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Experience with large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred. Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and spoken proficiency.
