Qualifications

Qualifications:A strong enthusiasm for experiential marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role at a live activation or experiential agency, including retail experiential and possibly theatre design. Proven ability to create integrated work, extending brand narratives beyond traditional advertising campaigns and into various channels. A collaborative spirit with a willingness to learn, inspire, and innovate. Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and other Creative Suite applications, along with MS Office. A blend of commercial insight and creative passion, with a strong instinct for brand evolution and boundary-pushing. Residing within a commutable distance to our Maidenhead office, with an expectation of office attendance three times a week. Eligibility to live and work in the UK.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Collaborating with the Creative Directors to brainstorm, design, and execute creative concepts primarily for our experiential clients.
  • Taking the lead on projects, working closely with senior team members, strategists, and our Creative Production Director to meet both creative and commercial goals.
  • Diving deep into project development, enhancing the narrative and unique details that elevate the experience, while partnering with our visualizers and design team to bring your visions to life.
  • Keeping internal teams and project leads informed on progress and developments.
  • Contributing to new business pitches by crafting outstanding creative concepts that inspire potential clients.
  • Enhancing N2O's capabilities in delivering innovative solutions within the experiential, OOH, and retail environments.
