Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, risk management, or learning and development. Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and internal control processes. Experience in designing and delivering training programs is highly desirable. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to engage diverse audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and learning management systems. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Willingness to stay updated on compliance developments and L&D methodologies.
