Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Associate-level members of the Acquisitions and Development team. Supervise the underwriting of new acquisition and development opportunities across various sectors, including office, residential, mixed-use, industrial, retail, medical office, and data centers. Engage in property tours for potential acquisition or development opportunities, establishing direct communication with brokers and/or sellers. Support the acquisition team in sourcing new deals, overseeing the development of Investment Committee memos, and quarterbacking the due diligence and closing processes. Conduct quarterly financial evaluations of the region’s portfolio and prepare presentations detailing the financial performance of acquired assets. Assist in developing disposition strategies and activities for assets nearing the end of their investment hold period. Pitch investment opportunities directly to both existing and potential equity partners and lenders. Collaborate with the development team in underwriting opportunities. Maintain a robust understanding of market conditions. Prepare financial models, presentations, and reports to facilitate informed investment decisions.
