Our service portfolio covers all aspects of metering operations: from meter installation to market communication, data management, and billing.Despite being a part of Enpal, Metrify operates independently in the market, serving a diverse range of business clients, energy suppliers, and municipal companies.Your MissionYou will help Metrify scale operationally and technically: building structures, processes, and data workflows that keep pace with our growth through effective tools, automations, and interfaces. You will serve as the link between Operations, Product, and Tech, guiding initiatives from problem definition to productive implementation.Your ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and optimize end-to-end processes, translating pain points into scalable, standardized workflows.Develop and implement pragmatic solutions (e.g., automations, data pipelines, self-service tools).Ensure stable processes despite increasing complexity, volume, and team size.Build and operate internal tools with low-code and identify automation potentials to enhance efficiency.Establish clear data and reporting structures including KPIs, dashboards, and a single source of truth.Derive data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and concrete improvement measures.Work closely with Product & Tech, including requirements definition, project management, and end-to-end responsibility for initiatives.
