As a Senior Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager at CGS Federal, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the management of our eDiscovery lab. This full-time position requires an experienced professional who is adept at utilizing industry knowledge and conducting thorough market research. Your expertise in various operating systems and coding languages will be essential as you lead the delivery of lab data processing services. You will ensure that incoming productions comply with the relevant ESI specifications and provide comprehensive feedback to case attorneys regarding any deficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of lab data processing services, ensuring timely and accurate task completion.
- Analyze, develop, and implement processing methodologies for electronic files in accordance with ESI specifications.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to establish best practices for ESI compliance, participating in teleconferences with co-counsel and client agencies as needed.
- Maintain open communication with clients regarding lab activities, including deadlines and technical challenges.
- Provide web hosting support for cases managed by the lab that lack direct support.
- Supervise a team of eDiscovery professionals, managing schedules, assessing requirements, assigning work, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Advise attorneys, paralegals, and case managers on all aspects of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), focusing on Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, and Production.
