As a Senior Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager at CGS Federal, you will play a pivotal role in managing the delivery of data processing services in our eDiscovery department. Drawing on your extensive industry expertise and familiarity with various operating systems and coding languages, you will oversee the processing of incoming productions to ensure compliance with Electronic Stored Information (ESI) specifications. You will proactively communicate any deficiencies to case attorneys, ensuring transparency and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of lab data processing services to ensure timely and accurate task completion.
- Analyze, develop, and implement effective processing approaches for electronic files in accordance with ESI specifications.
- Consult with attorneys and support staff to establish best practices for ESI compliance and participate in teleconferences as required.
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding lab activities, including deadlines, technical challenges, and resource availability.
- Manage web hosting support for unsupported cases overseen by the lab.
- Supervise a team of eDiscovery professionals, including scheduling, task assignment, and quality control of deliverables.
- Advise on all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), including Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, and Production.
