Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of Automation FrameworksCollaborate with the QA Automation Architect in developing, maintaining, and enhancing scalable and reusable test automation frameworks for both UI and API layers. Create and uphold automated test scripts for UI workflows and API endpoints, ensuring comprehensive functional, regression, and performance testing across the platform. Integrate automation solutions with CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous testing and rapid feedback loops. Contribute to the establishment of automation best practices, coding standards, and shared tools to support QA engineers across teams. Identify areas lacking test coverage and proactively address them through expanded automation efforts. Review and validate tickets from the Platform squad by testing and confirming platform-level changes as part of the overall QA process. AI-Enhanced Test CreationUtilize AI tools and agent-based frameworks (e.g., Claude or similar LLMs) to enhance the efficiency of test generation, maintenance, and coverage expansion. Develop and refine agent skills and prompting methodologies for effective, repeatable AI-assisted test authoring. Collaborate with the QA Automation Architect to seamlessly integrate AI-assisted strategies into the broader automation workflow.
