Position Overview
We are on the lookout for several Senior Back End Software Engineers to bolster our rapidly expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete software development lifecycle, from defining product requirements and designing to testing and managing deployments.
Your input will be vital in defining our product and architecture, ensuring high-quality outputs in an agile setting. This is a remarkable opportunity to engage in groundbreaking solutions and develop robust backend systems that underpin our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions that resonate with the company's vision.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect requirements and transform them into technical specifications.
Diagnose and rectify technical issues.
Lead architectural discussions and make informed technology choices to enhance system performance and reliability.
Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards.
Qualifications:
Over 7 years of software development experience, with a strong proficiency in Java/Kotlin and Spring.
Experience in leading the design and implementation of large-scale software systems, with an emphasis on distributed systems.
Familiarity with AWS.
Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Proficient command of English (minimum B2 level).
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in iGaming or fintech sectors is a plus.
