Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to spearhead backend development projects within the ClarOps team. This position is not solely about coding; it involves shaping our technical strategy, promoting engineering best practices, and ensuring optimal performance and scalability of backend systems that enhance Clara’s operational efficiency. You will also mentor junior developers, influence architectural decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally to address some of Clara’s most significant challenges.
