Point Wild is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to join a remote team based in Lithuania. This role focuses on building security solutions with a strong emphasis on cryptography, automation, and AI-powered analysis. The work is hands-on, and engineers contribute directly to the codebase across the stack. The team values close collaboration across engineering, product, and design.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and release features for the cybersecurity product suite.
Write clean, maintainable backend code for systems running on AWS or GCP.
Work alongside AI and cryptography specialists.
Partner with the product manager to clarify requirements and help plan architecture, data flows, API specs, and testing approaches.
Follow established engineering practices and join discussions about improving processes and code quality.
Participate in customer-driven development and iterate based on user feedback.
Create automated tests covering load, performance, and error handling.
