About the Data Solutions Team
The Data Solutions team operates as a critical component within our Innovation department, harnessing Teads' extensive publisher integrations and network scale to deliver precise targeting solutions and measurable business results. We develop the infrastructure that consolidates disparate signals from the Open Internet into actionable insights about the customer journey for our Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) and internal Buying Engines.
Our team comprises seasoned experts focused on high-scale production delivery across three key areas:
- Identity: Establishing connections between user journeys across Mobile, Desktop, and CTV.
- Measurement: A full-stack engine validating outcomes (Attention, Sales Uplift, Brand uplift).
- Targeting: A sophisticated segmentation and planning system for audience activation across multiple screens and buying engines.
What Will You Do?
As a Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our data infrastructure. Your primary objective is to design, scale, and maintain high-performance data pipelines that support our entire product ecosystem. You will transition from basic reporting towards enhancing system reliability, scalability, and real-time processing capabilities.
