Main Responsibilities:
- Enhance the Saily product by developing and maintaining new features.
- Create features that support multi-dimensional personalization, A/B testing, and analytics.
- Develop and sustain a high-quality codebase.
- Continuously seek to improve code quality and performance.
- Mentor colleagues in development best practices and provide technical leadership.
- Influence the overall vision and long-term objectives of your team.
- Engage in R&D activities as needed.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional team environment to ensure seamless communication.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and design professionals from other teams.
Please note: This position requires office attendance 3 times a week.
