The Opportunity

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Tide, you will play a crucial role in shaping our products. Reporting directly to the People Manager and Staff Engineer (Functional), you will collaborate with a team of highly skilled engineers. Your responsibilities will include ensuring system consistency and enhancing user experience, along with the design, building, and maintenance of functional and stable web applications that cater to both company and customer needs.

We operate in an agile environment with small, cross-functional squads that manage the full lifecycle of microservices within Tide’s service catalog. Your innovative ideas will be valued, and you will be a vital contributor to our ongoing product improvement initiatives. Technical discussions will also take place within our various Communities of Practice.
