Qualifications
Requirements:4-6 years of comprehensive software development experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred, with a strong academic record. Proficiency in JVM-based programming languages such as Java 8+, Kotlin, and/or modern backend frameworks like Spring Boot. Extensive experience in developing, utilizing, and securing RESTful API services within large-scale distributed applications. Strong familiarity with microservice architectures, including service discovery and circuit breakers. Expertise in relational and non-relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, MongoDB, CouchDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, etc.). Experience with build tools such as Maven, Gradle, CI Jenkins, and/or Azure Pipelines. Knowledge of engineering practices including code refactoring, design patterns, test-driven development, continuous integration, and building highly scalable applications with a focus on application security. Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. Experience with agile development methodologies. Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Node.js, Go, and/or Python is a bonus.

- Working collaboratively with team members to implement user stories, conduct testing, and continuously deliver new and improved product functionalities.
- Engaging with internal IT teams to address technical dependencies during project implementation.
You will report directly to the Engineering Manager or Senior Engineering Manager.
