Qualifications

Required QualificationsDemonstrated experience in developing highly available backend applications within a regulated environment (healthcare, finance, compliance-driven SaaS). Expertise in TypeScript and/or Python for backend service development. Proficient in working with backend APIs developed using Node.js, Express, Mongoose, Twilio, or similar frameworks. Familiarity with Temporal or similar distributed workflow orchestration systems (e.g., Cadence, AWS Step Functions, Conductor). Strong understanding of distributed systems principles, including retries, idempotency, and failure management. Preferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare technology or SaaS platforms within a medium-sized startup environment. Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, or EHR integrations. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience in a monorepo setup (e.g., Turborepo, Nx).
