What You Will Be Doing
In this capacity, you will spearhead the team responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of all ChargePoint bids in Europe, from qualification and planning through to submission and handover, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
Your team's success will be gauged by the bid win rate. To enhance this rate, you will drive improvements in the overall bid process, implement continuous improvement initiatives with KPIs, and ensure the efficient use of resources.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating the bid qualification process, including evaluating the commercial bid strategy and conducting bid/no-bid analyses.
- Collaborating with the Commercial, Solution Engineering, Product, Legal, and Operations teams to assess and articulate the ChargePoint solution fit, crafting persuasive bid content that encompasses executive summaries, value propositions, and pricing models in agreement with the commercial team, while also coordinating technical responses.
- Establishing bid timelines and facilitating bid review meetings, ensuring that key stakeholders contribute feedback and address any concerns.
- Establishing, monitoring, and tracking bid performance metrics, conducting post-bid analysis, and implementing improvements as necessary.
