Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis within healthcare or government programs. Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, including SQL and Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Familiarity with pharmacy benefit management and healthcare regulations is a plus.
