We are in search of a Senior Business Analyst who speaks Arabic. This role serves as a crucial bridge between our client's IT capabilities and our business goals, ensuring the successful execution of analytical tasks, construction, testing, and deployment of our software product features.
Responsibilities
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
- Conduct quality assurance processes.
- Establish reporting and alerting requirements.
- Foster and develop relationships with partners to optimize and enhance our integrations.
- Design, document, and maintain system processes effectively.
- Identify common sources of technical issues or inquiries and provide recommendations to the product team.
- Communicate key insights and findings to the product team.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver enhanced value to customers.
