We are on the lookout for a seasoned Business Analyst (AVP level) with extensive expertise in enhancing Post-Trade Efficiency, particularly in relation to T+1 initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong aptitude for independently steering project management and business analysis efforts, which encompass requirements gathering, solution design, and process optimization to ensure T+1 readiness. Key areas of focus will include:
- Enhancing Trade Allocations, Matching, and Settlements throughout the trade lifecycle.
- Designing and implementing innovative technology solutions to optimize settlement flows.
- Addressing Trade matching discrepancies and ensuring effective reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive business analysis for T+1 transformations.
- Design and refine processes to facilitate improved trade lifecycle operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front office, middle office, technology, and operations.
- Perform quality assurance evaluations on existing process flows.
