Qualifications

Essential Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. Proven experience in identifying business improvements and measuring the success of those initiatives. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the capability to derive actionable insights and communicate them effectively. Strong project management abilities with a talent for managing multiple stakeholders across various business and leadership levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write technical documentation. Capacity to independently learn and adapt to new business and technical concepts. Desirable experience in data warehousing, data modeling, dashboarding, and reporting with large datasets from multiple sources. Familiarity with Linux/UNIX, Java, PHP, SQL, and Oracle development is a plus.
