In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and development teams to meticulously document business requirements and create comprehensive business flow diagrams. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct enterprise-level business analysis of web applications for the Office of Information Management (OIM) and its clientele.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You should be detail-oriented, adept at managing multiple priorities, and have a solid grasp of relational databases and system development lifecycle methodologies (SDLC). Experience in project planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping, procedural documentation, and process engineering is essential. Familiarity with various project management frameworks, including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile, is preferred.
