You will collaborate closely with Enterprise Singapore to support Singapore-based companies aiming to expand their footprint in Thailand.
As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will leverage your expertise to provide essential market intelligence and strategic business development support. Your primary focus will be on promoting trade and investment opportunities between Singapore and Thailand. This is a two-year contract role that promises to be both challenging and rewarding.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Advising Singapore-based enterprises on navigating the Thai market, with a strong understanding of local regulations, business norms, and cultural nuances.
• Developing a robust pipeline of potential deals with Singaporean firms and facilitating their successful closure.
• Conducting in-depth market research to identify key growth opportunities, particularly in sectors such as data centers, digital transformation (fintech, cybersecurity, and AI), healthcare, biomedical, and innovation.
• Building and nurturing relationships with both public and private sector partners to support the business strategies of Singaporean companies in Thailand.
• Engaging in various activities to fulfill these responsibilities, including organizing business development trips, writing meeting reports, and analyzing business leads to refine future strategies.
