Role overview
The Senior Business Development Manager drives Twisto’s expansion by securing major business opportunities and building strategic partnerships. This role blends new business generation with relationship management and close collaboration across internal teams. Managing key accounts and supporting the company’s growth strategy are central to this position.
What you will do
- Seek out and secure new high-value clients, with a focus on fintech, e-commerce, and in-store payment solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and establish long-term business relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of major clients, deliver strong service, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Twisto’s services.
- Represent Twisto at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences as both an exhibitor and presenter.
- Support marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to review performance, propose new product ideas, and assist with lead generation.
- Contribute to shaping internal processes that enable business and company growth.
