Key ResponsibilitiesManage and enhance a robust partnership pipelineIdentify and prioritize potential partners, including wallets, neobanks, fintech companies, PSPs, L2s, stablecoin issuers, payroll/EOR platforms, and web3 applications operating at the crypto–fiat nexus. Conduct structured discovery sessions to gain deep insights into partner use cases (e.g., card issuing, global payouts, crypto on/off-ramping, treasury services, B2B accounts). Qualify opportunities, manage them through the sales funnel, and maintain a clear understanding of pipeline health (using CRM tools, forecasts, and next steps). Drive solutions and pre-sales with a product-centric approachDevelop a comprehensive understanding of UR’s product offerings, APIs, and the product roadmap. Convert partner requirements into actionable solution designs: account structures, workflows, ledgers, KYC/AML configurations, card setups, and settlement processes. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to assess feasibility, define integration scopes, and outline MVP versus Phase 2 solutions. Create clear diagrams, workflows, and documentation (presentations, notes, solution briefs) for partners’ product and technical teams. Assist with RFPs by providing structured and coherent responses. Develop sales and product materials to support RFP submissions to partners. Negotiate and finalize commercial agreementsCraft business cases and ROI narratives tailored to each partner (including revenue sharing, per-account/MAU pricing, volume tiers, FX and interchange benefits, etc.). Structure and negotiate commercial terms (pricing, SLAs, launch milestones, exclusivity where applicable) in contracts.
