Join Esri as a Senior Business Development Manager, where you will engage with distributors and partners to co-sell and advocate for the adoption of Esri technology across Europe. Leverage your extensive experience in enterprise sales and multi-channel software business development to enhance the utilization of geographic technology in the region. You will collaborate closely with Esri's distributor and partner network to assist customers in optimizing and expanding their adoption of Esri technology, identify new growth opportunities, and provide the expertise necessary to realize their mission and vision.
Responsibilities
- Drive Opportunities: Clearly communicate business value to customers and distributors across diverse scopes within the region, fostering opportunities and maintaining a robust pipeline in new business lines and market segments. Proactively promote value and growth among distributors, customers, and Esri.
- Strategic Thinking: Effectively engage with executives and key stakeholders through expert presentations and negotiations. Utilize strong global and financial acumen to contribute to the strategic growth plan for the region, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Esri technology and its GIS value propositions.
- Collaborative Partnership: Establish and sustain long-term relationships with customers and distributors. Lead impactful meetings that generate innovative ideas, influencing stakeholders through clear communication at all business levels. Share knowledge and mentor team members actively.
- Results Orientation: Take the lead in 'Executive Review' meetings with distributors to finalize enterprise agreement terms. Exhibit the ability to navigate competitive situations, displacing rivals through informed research and industry expertise.
