Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement market development strategies and sales plans aligned with the company’s overarching strategic goals while ensuring efficient cost management.
- Manage and mentor regional market teams, establishing and empowering sales units to meet user growth targets.
- Identify and leverage growth channel resources and partnership opportunities, both within and outside the industry, to create a scalable model for promoting overseas securities investments.
- Guide the team in understanding partners' needs and market demands, iterating on customer acquisition strategies, integrating internal resources, and delivering comprehensive solutions, while ensuring effective implementation and tracking of cooperative promotions.
- Stay attuned to market trends and gather insights on industry policies, target customers, and competitors to refine strategic guidelines aimed at driving customer acquisition and business development.
