Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) with over 5 years of proven experience in outbound sales and lead generation. This dynamic remote sales position focuses on uncovering new business opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, and cultivating a robust sales pipeline.

Your contributions will be vital in driving revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying leads, and arranging high-quality meetings for our sales team.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Identify, research, and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) within key sectors.
  • Qualify both inbound and outbound leads, transforming them into viable sales opportunities.
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
  • Create personalized outreach strategies aimed at specific target prospects.
  • Maintain precise records and track pipelines using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation tactics.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass KPIs related to meetings booked, pipeline generated, and conversion rates.
