The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst / Data Scientist role is central to turning large volumes of behavioral data into smarter, more adaptive systems for our platform.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on position for someone who owns the data process end-to-end: designing queries, extracting insights, and shaping strategic direction. The work directly influences how the business grows and how users experience our products.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Analyze millions of player event records to spot behavioral trends after new feature launches.
Build and refine statistical models, predict player lifetime value or measure the impact of recent A/B tests.
Work closely with Product and Engineering to adjust platform economy settings, such as reward systems or volatility, to keep users engaged and business targets on track.
Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.

What You Bring

Technical experience: At least 4 years in data analytics or data science, ideally within fintech, gaming, or consumer technology.
SQL expertise: Comfortable writing and optimizing advanced queries for large datasets.
Statistical skills: Solid understanding of hypothesis testing, regression, and experimental design.
Programming: Skilled in Python or R for analysis and model building.
Visualization: Able to build operational dashboards with Grafana, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
Strategic communication: Can distill complex analytics into strategies leadership can act on.

Bonus Experience

Background in digital economy design, reward systems, or virtual marketplaces.
Familiarity with Snowflake, ClickHouse, or event-driven architectures like Kafka.
Experience applying clustering or recommendation models to user behavior data.
Work history in high-frequency digital entertainment or consumer platforms.
