We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to become an integral part of our Data Team, with a specific emphasis on supporting our Marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will enable our Marketing team to leverage data for strategic decision-making by developing data-driven solutions, establishing success metrics based on strategic objectives, and delivering key insights through impactful data products and visualizations.
As a senior member of the Business Intelligence function, you will spearhead development projects, advocate for best practices, and act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, especially within Marketing.

Your Responsibilities:
Design and maintain efficient, scalable data models and pipelines that support marketing analytics and reporting, utilizing tools such as Snowflake, dbt, and Databricks.
Work in close collaboration with Marketing stakeholders to grasp business objectives and translate them into actionable data requirements and insightful data products.
Create and sustain user-friendly Business Intelligence solutions that track marketing performance, campaign efficacy, and essential KPIs.
Develop data models that align with our stringent data governance, quality standards, and documentation practices.
Lead the creation of self-service analytics tools that empower Marketing team members to independently analyze data.
Champion the adoption of best practices in data modeling, performance tuning, and reporting workflows.
Your Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Proficient in SQL and well-versed in data modeling concepts.
