Essential Skills and Experience6+ years of experience in a similar role. Proficient in designing interactive dashboards and translating business needs into actionable insights using Power BI. Advanced skills in SQL, including writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and managing large datasets. Hands-on experience with Azure (minimum 3 years). Expertise in data processing, automation, and developing scalable data pipelines using Python and PySpark. Familiarity with cloud data warehousing and lakehouse architecture concepts, specifically Databricks and Snowflake. Understanding of various data modeling approaches, such as star schema and Data Vault. Knowledge of other visualization tools like Tableau or Qlik is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and convert data into insights. Familiarity with the insurance domain is an added advantage.
