About the Team
The Developer Experience Programs team at 1Password is instrumental in shaping how our engineers work, which in turn influences what we deliver. We manage programs, metrics, enablement, and cross-functional processes to enhance developer experience throughout the software development lifecycle, establishing feedback loops that enable Engineering to adopt new capabilities and continuously enhance delivery speed and quality.
This team operates within Engineering Operations, closely collaborating with Platform Engineering, Security, IT, and Finance. Platform Engineering is responsible for developing and maintaining the foundational developer tools, data platforms, and AI workflow systems. DevEx Programs partners with them on decisions, rollouts, enablement, and measurement efforts to ensure effective integration across Engineering.
The Role
As a Senior Business Program Manager, you will oversee the programs and systems that transform developer experience feedback into strategic priorities for our engineering teams at 1Password. You will design and manage our metrics for evaluating developer experience and effectiveness, translating insights into actionable program decisions, including those related to developer tooling.
