Role overview

The Senior Business Systems Analyst - Workday is based in Chicago and focuses on supporting Box’s Human Capital Management, Benefits, Compensation, and Performance functions. This role sits within the IT Enterprise Systems team and works closely with People teams and business stakeholders to design, develop, and improve Workday programs and related applications.

Collaboration is central to this position. The analyst partners with teams to strategize and implement system solutions that align with Box’s organizational needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Workday solutions for HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Performance processes in partnership with business and IT teams
  • Support and enhance existing Workday programs and related applications
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to help scale Box’s operations
  • Gather requirements and deliver solutions by engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Work with People teams to implement effective system processes
