Nexamp is looking for a Senior Business Transformation Manager to help shape the future of clean energy. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency and leading cross-functional projects that drive real change across the organization.
Role Overview
The Senior Business Transformation Manager will take ownership of initiatives that optimize and standardize core business processes. This includes clarifying roles, decision rights, and handoffs, as well as supporting organizational and operating model design. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on project leadership and requires close collaboration with leaders across Nexamp.
What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of business transformation projects, from defining challenges to implementing solutions and measuring results.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence to drive process improvements.
- Design and implement changes in processes, operating models, and work methodologies.
- Embed sustainable change management practices throughout the organization.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to co-create solutions and influence decision-making.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience leading transformation or process improvement initiatives in complex organizations.
- Strong background in continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
- Comfort working in ambiguous situations and influencing at the leadership level.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- Commitment to measurable, lasting improvements.
Location and Reporting
This position supports hybrid work from Nexamp’s offices in Boston, Chicago, or Washington D. C. The Senior Business Transformation Manager reports directly to the Director of Transformation.
