Required Qualifications:Extensive hands-on experience with C# and . NET (preferably . NET 8+), particularly in crafting scalable web backends. Demonstrated proficiency in developing API-first systems (REST), emphasizing strong data modeling and transaction integrity. Solid expertise with relational databases and complex queries; familiarity with PostgreSQL is essential (PostGIS knowledge is a plus). Understanding of GIS-related backend requirements, including geospatial operations and format exports, along with familiarity with libraries like NetTopologySuite and GDAL. Experience in implementing logging and metrics for observable systems (e.g., Seq, Prometheus, Grafana). Proven track record in performance testing, including defining validated load scenarios and executing stress tests. Leadership capabilities in mentoring engineers, overseeing code reviews, and managing engineering standards. Comfortable working in regulated environments where traceability and formal acceptance processes are crucial. Ability to navigate Ukrainian-language UI/UX and documentation constraints.

Design and develop RESTful APIs and service-oriented backend components to elevate our platform.
Implement robust observability practices, including:

Logging crucial operations, such as geospatial computations and user interactions.
Creating production-grade metrics using tools like Prometheus or Grafana.

Enhance performance and reliability through comprehensive load and stress testing, accommodating up to 3,000 simultaneous connections.
Ensure backend alignment with security and traceability requirements, supporting integrations reliant on GOV. ID, QES, and BankID.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to refine business processes and technical designs during the inception phase.
Support deployment and documentation efforts, ensuring successful delivery and handover of projects.
