We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our pivotal database connector team, where you will engage in a balanced mix of design and implementation tasks to enhance the technical framework behind the Fivetran product suite.
In this senior role on the database connector team, which focuses on capturing data from relational databases, you will be instrumental throughout the entire software development lifecycle for features critical to the success of our largest enterprise clients. Your collaboration with engineers across the organization will help us identify opportunities for product enhancements. You will ensure technical excellence within your team and take ownership of services by conducting code reviews and contributing to architectural designs.
The ideal candidate will possess the experience and confidence to make decisive choices when necessary, alongside the practicality to build and iterate on systems while they are in production. Strong ownership and proactiveness are essential for success in this role.
This is a full-time position located in our Novi Sad office. Our hybrid work model combines remote flexibility with in-person collaboration, requiring two days in the office each week for team connection and development.
