We are primarily an in-office company, expecting our employees to work from their Applied Intuition office five days a week. However, we value flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home, or leaving early to accommodate family commitments.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer with a solid foundation in algorithmic optimization and multi-agent systems. You will address intricate computational problems within our real-time decision-making platform, designing and implementing sophisticated algorithms that advance autonomous coordination and planning. We seek motivated engineers who align with our core mission values to join our Acuity Autonomous Behaviors and Agents engineering team, which is dedicated to next-generation human-machine collaboration and real-time decision-making systems. You will contribute to the development of intelligent agents that plan and execute missions utilizing advanced reasoning, planning, and optimization algorithms. Our projects involve real-time scenarios across diverse platforms (air, space, land, surface, sub-surface) and software that integrates seamlessly with human operators. If you excel in dynamic, mission-focused environments and are passionate about building autonomy that supports our warfighters, this role is for you.
