We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Campaign Marketing Manager to spearhead intricate, multi-channel campaigns aimed at enhancing awareness, consideration, and adoption of our cutting-edge CX AI solutions. In this role, reporting to the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing, you will collaborate with a team of dedicated marketers to orchestrate impactful marketing campaigns that deliver outstanding results for our business.

As a Senior Campaign Marketing Manager, your typical day may involve:

  • Leading the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including demand generation, media buying, webinars, and engagement emails.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders on go-to-market strategies, and managing regular status updates, program adjustments, and quarterly planning.
  • Innovating campaign content strategies by mapping the buyer's journey to enhance the customer experience.
  • Overseeing the planning, development, and timely execution of campaign initiatives in partnership with product marketing, design, corporate communications, and marketing operations.
  • Crafting comprehensive campaign briefs that clearly define objectives and inspire exceptional outcomes.
  • Managing logistics, budgeting, and scheduling related to campaign execution.
  • Facilitating lead acquisition and nurturing, ensuring effective collaboration with sales for follow-up on generated leads.
  • Tracking and analyzing program results, measuring success metrics, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Employing a data-driven approach to tailor marketing assets and initiatives that align with customer journeys and sales strategies.
