About the Role: NiCE is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Campaign Marketing Manager to spearhead intricate, multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance awareness, consideration, purchase, and adoption of our CX AI solutions. In this role, reporting to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, you will collaborate with a team of highly skilled marketers to orchestrate cross-functional campaigns that drive impactful business results.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading the strategic design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including demand generation initiatives, media buying, webinars, nurturing emails, and more.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders on go-to-market strategies, conducting regular check-ins, and managing quarterly planning sessions.
  • Innovating campaign content strategies that align with the buyer's journey, ensuring comprehensive mapping to guide prospects and customers effectively.
  • Coordinating the planning, development, and timely execution of campaign plans involving product marketing, design, corporate communications, and marketing operations.
  • Creating comprehensive campaign briefs that articulate objectives and inspire successful outcomes through structured project plans.
  • Overseeing logistics, budgeting, and scheduling for campaigns.
  • Managing lead acquisition, nurturing, and follow-up in collaboration with sales teams to ensure strong lead conversion.
  • Tracking program performance, measuring success metrics, and reporting findings to stakeholders while recommending enhancements based on data.
  • Utilizing a data-driven approach to tailor marketing assets and initiatives that resonate with the customer journey and sales stages.
