Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end revenue tracking for assigned clients or business units, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and promptness. Reconcile client purchase orders and contracts against revenue, ensuring alignment and proper documentation. Examine active projects to uncover any missing revenue, unbilled work, and aging or stale work-in-progress (WIP). Collaborate with billing and operations teams to guarantee timely and accurate invoicing. Assist in month-end and quarter-end close processes by providing accurate, audit-ready financial data. Enhance and maintain revenue tracking tools to ensure data consistency and integrity. Prepare quarterly reporting packages and financial control documentation. Work alongside leadership to review and validate client revenue forecasts. Proactively detect revenue risks, documentation gaps, and process inefficiencies. Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and revenue recognition principles. Promote uniformity and discipline in revenue tracking procedures. Qualifications: Proven experience in finance, client finance, or revenue operations. Familiarity with revenue tracking, work-in-progress management, billing, or financial reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
