Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership & Delivery ExcellenceDirect the end-to-end delivery of intricate, high-visibility implementations, often requiring coordination across multiple workstreams, integrations, and tight timelines. Oversee project planning, scoping, timeline management, and delivery governance with a structured and accountable approach. Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables, milestones, requirements, and technical interdependencies. Identify critical path elements, manage interdependencies, and ensure all project components progress cohesively towards go-live readiness. Drive operational readiness and oversee all cutover, migration, and hypercare activities. Consultative Engagement & Customer AdvisoryAct as a trusted advisor, supporting clients through decision-making processes with clear strategic insights and best-practice recommendations. Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement validations that guide customer direction and ensure functional alignment with business objectives. Constructively challenge assumptions and steer clients towards scalable, sustainable solutions. Provide consultative insights into process optimization, platform capabilities, and system integrations.

What is this role about?

The Senior Client Services Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, enterprise-level implementations of NICE solutions within diverse customer settings. This position requires advanced project management skills, strong consultative abilities, and the capacity to influence and guide clients through substantial, multi-system transformation initiatives. The Senior PM serves as the primary point of accountability for successful project delivery, focusing on scope clarity, solution alignment, risk management, and ensuring a remarkable customer experience throughout all phases of the project.

This role demands extensive experience in managing customer-facing projects, particularly those involving integrations with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and ServiceNow, while also leading cross-functional teams across Professional Services, Product, Support, and external partners.
