Key Responsibilities:Design, oversee, and support site and subject retention for clinical trials. Ensure timely completion of critical documents (clinical trial protocols, investigator brochures, monitoring plans, site training materials, clinical study reports, health authority responses, standard operating procedures, etc.) in collaboration with cross-functional team members. Participate in study and cross-functional teams as delegated by the Vice President of Clinical Development. Ensure consistent terminology and criteria across various endocrine projects. Maintain study integrity while tracking accumulating safety and efficacy data. Proactively identify potential obstacles in clinical trials and implement effective solutions. Analyze and support accurate interpretation and reporting of clinical data. Contribute to drafting and reviewing clinical documents, manuscripts, presentations, and regulatory submissions. Stay current with relevant scientific knowledge, medical information, good clinical practices, and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to optimize product development. Develop relationships with investigative sites, clinical consultants, and key opinion leaders to advocate for the company’s interests. Support corporate strategic and organizational initiatives. Assist with commercial activities as required. Complete assigned tasks thoroughly, accurately, and within deadlines. Adhere to strict ethical standards in all aspects of work.
